Registration Policy
- Uniform Fees: Registration fees apply to all participants, whether presenting (paper or poster) or attending as a listener.
- Currency: Egyptian participants must pay in EGP, while non-Egyptian participants must pay in USD.
Student Registration (Please read carefully)
- Verification Process: Students must upload a valid student ID. After verification by the organizing committee, a confirmation email will be sent.
- Processing Time: At least two business days (Sunday–Thursday in Egypt).
- Early Bird Deadline: Student IDs must be submitted by 20 February 2026.
- Late Deadline: Final submission deadline is 20 April 2026.
Registration Fees Include
- 6 Coffee Breaks (sweet & savory snacks)
- 3 Lunches
- 1 Dinner
- Conference Kit (bag, pen, booklet, notepad, name tag)
Note: Fees for the Alexandria city tour are not included and will be announced later.
Refund Policy
- 10 January – 1 March 2026: 25% administrative fee will be deducted.
- 2 March – 30 April 2026: 50% administrative fee will be deducted.
- After 30 April 2026: Refunds are no longer possible.
