The grant will offer free up to on-site 50 slots access to participants who wish to attend the sessions.

The grant does not cover catering services (i.e., without coffee breaks, lunch, or dinner).

If you are awarded a grant but find you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, please contact us at ancientegypt.newtech@bibalex.org. This allows us to reassign the grant to the next applicant on our waiting list.
